Terms of Service

Welcome to Eternity. These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and Eternity ("Eternity," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the Eternity platform, website, services, and any related applications, tools, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service").

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any capacity—whether as a registered user or visitor—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Your continued use following any modifications constitutes acceptance of such changes.

For purposes of this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set forth below:

Eternity may introduce, remove, refine, or reorganize features over time, including application workflows, direct university collaboration tools, enhanced AI capabilities, premium services, partner-facing tools, verification flows, messaging, analytics, automation, payments, or other operational features.

Unless a separate agreement is required by law or by the nature of the feature, these Terms will continue to apply to such updates together with any feature-specific notices, consents, or supplemental terms we may publish.

Eternity includes role-based dashboards and workflows for students, university admissions teams, agents, agencies, high schools, counselors, classrooms, admins, and other authorized users. Access to these tools is conditional and may depend on account role, access codes, institutional assignment, agency membership, student match status, or other verification steps.

4.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to create or use an account. Registration requires confirmation of this age requirement.

4.2 Account Registration Obligations

To access certain features, you must register. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep your account information updated
• Maintain security of login credentials
• Report unauthorized access immediately
• Accept responsibility for all account activities

5.1 Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of all content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting content, you grant Eternity a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for operating and improving the Service.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post false or misleading information
• Upload viruses or malware
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Scrape or extract data systematically
• Impersonate others
• Harass or threaten users
• Post spam or ads
• Violate laws or third-party rights

6.1 Profile Accuracy

You represent and warrant that all information in your Academic Profile—including qualifications, test scores, citizenship, activities, and documents—is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false information may result in account suspension and legal consequences.

6.2 Use of Profile Data

Your Academic Profile is used to:

• Match you with compatible universities and scholarships
• Provide personalized AI guidance and recommendations
• Generate aggregated insights for university partners (anonymized)
• Improve matching algorithms and service quality
• Enable future application submission features

You control visibility and sharing through platform settings. We will not share personally identifiable information without your consent, except as required by law.

7.1 Nature of AI Guidance

Sage is an AI-powered advisory system providing profile-aware guidance on university selection, scholarship eligibility, and admissions strategies using advanced language models.

7.2 User Responsibility

You acknowledge sole responsibility for decisions made based on AI recommendations. Eternity is not liable for consequences from relying on Sage guidance, including application rejections, missed deadlines, or financial losses.

8.1 Third-Party Information

University information, tuition fees, rankings, deadlines, and scholarship details are collected from public sources. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy, we cannot guarantee all information is complete, accurate, or current.

8.2 User Verification Obligation

You must independently verify:

• Tuition fees and payment deadlines with universities
• Admission requirements and application procedures
• Scholarship eligibility with official providers
• Visa requirements with government authorities
• Housing costs and rental agreements
• Program availability and accreditation status

8.3 No Warranties

The Platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Eternity does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service.

The Platform contains links to third-party websites including university portals, scholarship sites, and government immigration pages. These are provided for convenience only.

Eternity does not control or endorse third-party content. Your interactions with external sites are governed by their own terms. Access is at your own risk.

All Platform content, features, design, software, algorithms, trademarks, and logos (excluding User Content) are owned by Eternity and protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eternity shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits or revenue
• Application rejections
• Missed admission deadlines
• Scholarship denials
• Visa application denials
• Financial losses
• Loss of data
• Emotional distress

Total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or amounts paid in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eternity from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, User Content, violation of third-party rights, or violation of applicable laws.

Eternity reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through available Platform or account communication channels when advance notice is required by law.

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Review these Terms periodically.

15.1 Governing Law

Eternity's operating team is based in Amman, Jordan. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, except where mandatory consumer or data-protection laws in your country of residence apply.

We also align our privacy and data handling practices with applicable international standards, including EU GDPR, Swiss FADP, US CCPA, and the UAE Federal Personal Data Protection Law framework where relevant.

15.2 Dispute Resolution Process

1. Step 1

   Contact us at team@studyeternity.com to resolve informally (30-day good faith period)

2. Step 2

   If unresolved, disputes proceed to binding arbitration seated in Amman, Jordan, under applicable arbitration rules, conducted in English

3. Step 3

   Arbitrator's decision is final and binding

15.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be conducted individually, not as class actions. You waive rights to participate in class action lawsuits.

If any provision is found invalid, it shall be modified minimally to become enforceable, or severed if modification is impossible. Remaining provisions continue in full force.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eternity, superseding all prior understandings.
