Based in Geneva, Switzerland, Omar Majd Abu Ghoush (born November 11, 2007, in Jordan) is a Jordanian-Palestinian student, technology founder, and entrepreneur. He serves as Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Eternity — an AI-powered educational technology platform — and established the Founders Network Initiative. Earlier in his career he launched and ran both the ARKAN Foundation and Tokenized, and he held the role of Head of Blockchain Integration at Stones Luxury®.

Education technology, blockchain research, and international advocacy all sit within his portfolio, yet one thread ties them together: a drive to create organizations and tools that hand people in his region more direct entry into the systems that govern global business and policy — and to begin that work early instead of waiting for anyone's permission.

Omar Abu Ghoush entered the world in Amman on November 11, 2007, born into a Jordanian-Palestinian family that prized building things from the ground up. In 2008 his father, Majd, had co-founded Stones Luxury® together with his brother Rami, turning a modest workshop into a multinational brand operating across more than 11 countries — living evidence, within the home, of what patience and craft could become. The phrase that echoed through his childhood was plain: "Who has no past has no present." What he drew from it was not a ready-made company to inherit, but the belief that anything he hoped to build, he would need to start on his own.

The surname traces back to Abu Ghoush, the ancestral Palestinian town near Jerusalem — a place that has lived under Israeli occupation for longer than he has been alive. He came of age observing it, watching Palestine and watching the news cycle drift onward, and internalizing the truth that no rescue was on its way. For a child taught that the past hands you your present, the takeaway was difficult yet unmistakable: if the change he longed to see would not be delivered by anyone else, then he would have to make himself capable of delivering it.

What surfaced from all this was not a single cause to build a life around, but a quieter act of defiance: a refusal to accept that he was too young, too small, or too distant from the rooms where decisions get made.

And so, at fifteen, he began — not with any specific intention to transform something, but because crypto captivated him and he simply wanted to build. Out of his bedroom, still attending classes each morning at SABIS International School of Choueifat, he created CAI Lab — less a company than a doorway into the industry that had drawn him in. He carried no credentials, had no team, and gave no one any obvious reason to take him seriously. People engaged with the work regardless; they signed on, and they put faith in what he had produced. That experience taught him the principle that has steered everything since: you do not wait for the world to confer standing on you — you build something, and the standing arrives afterward.

From that point it accumulated. CAI Lab grew into the ARKAN Foundation, and his research stepped out of theory and into reality — first through frameworks he developed at sixteen and seventeen, then through Tokenized and Stones Luxury®, where heritage and technology converged in a system linking handcrafted objects to verifiable digital records. The timeline that follows charts that one continuous line of work — its victories and, no less importantly, the failures that taught him how to hold on to what he built.

While CAI Lab evolved into the ARKAN Foundation and his research moved from theory into the real world via Tokenized and Stones Luxury®, another side of him was being forged in the mountains of Spain, Morocco, and Croatia. There he climbed beside his twin sister on behalf of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation, raising more than twenty thousand dollars for cancer treatment and earning three separate Certificates of Recognition from Princess Ghaida Talal of Jordan. Then came Tokenized — which, despite its genuine partners and showcases in Bahrain and Oman, simply would not scale, prompting him to shut it down himself. From that he absorbed the truest lesson of these years: launching something is not the same as building something that endures.

Hardened by that setback, he went on to co-found Eternity, designing it to last rather than to dazzle — seventeen people spread across six countries and three continents. In April 2026 the company closed USD 100,000 in equity funding at a USD 1 million post-money valuation, making him and his twenty-year-old co-founder Mohamad Al-Shami the youngest Arab co-founders ever recorded to achieve it. That milestone inspired him to launch the Founders Network Initiative, resolved that the access he'd had to build himself ought to be handed directly to the founders rising behind him.

Then, at eighteen, he stepped into the very room he had spent his childhood watching from afar — addressing the United Nations Human Rights Council as the youngest documented Arab ever to do so. He treated it not as a finish line but as one more confirmation of the belief that had driven his work all along: that talent from his region belongs inside the systems shaping the world, not waiting outside their gates.

Between February and April 2026, Abu Ghoush worked as a trainee and NGO representative for Partners for Transparency at the United Nations Office at Geneva, sitting in on Human Rights Council proceedings and acquiring firsthand experience in multilateral diplomacy, advocacy, and civil-society engagement.

On March 4, 2026, at the age of eighteen, he gave a formal statement before the Human Rights Council under Agenda Item 3 on behalf of Partners for Transparency — making him the youngest documented Jordanian and Arab to address the Council. This was the room he had spent his youth watching from afar, the forum where the world is meant to hold itself to account, and arriving there stood as the clearest evidence of the conviction he had worked toward all along: that nobody was going to grant him the standing to be present, so he had earned it on his own.

What links his work is not a particular industry — it is one underlying desire: to build institutions out of places, and for people, who are typically cast as participants rather than architects. He grew up observing the sheer volume of talent in Jordan and across the region — and how frequently its young people are taught that the most significant companies, technologies, and opportunities have to originate elsewhere; that their place is to step into systems designed by others and feel grateful for the entry.

He aims to invert that dynamic. Whether the work happens in education, technology, entrepreneurship, or advocacy, the core objective remains constant: to build platforms, companies, and networks that give people firmer control over their own futures — and, over time, to turn the region into a producer of global institutions rather than a consumer of them.

His approach is the one his failures instilled in him: address structural problems instead of surface symptoms, build organizations designed to outlive any single founder, and scrutinize the foundation of an idea before growing attached to how impressive it might eventually appear. He still moves fast. He just checks the ground beneath his feet first. The goal is not to succeed inside the systems that already exist — it is to help build the ones that come next.
