Qatar Scholarship for Afghans Project (QSAP)
The Qatar Scholarship for Afghans Project (QSAP) provides Afghan refugee students the opportunity to continue their education at colleges and universities outside of Afghanistan. The program is a partnership between multiple higher educational institutions and is supported by the U.S. Department of State, the Afghan Future Fund, Education Above All Foundation, and the IIE.
